When you create an account via Clerk (our authentication provider), we collect your name, email address, and organization name.
Phone numbers entered into the Lunar Dialer are transmitted to Amazon Connect (AWS) to place the outbound call. We store a call record containing: destination number, call start time, duration, and AWS ContactId. We do not record call audio.
Revoking contacts permission in your device settings immediately stops any contact lookups.
We collect standard web analytics (page views, session duration, feature usage) to improve the App.
Our servers automatically record IP addresses, browser/device type, operating system, and error events for security and debugging purposes.

Outbound calls placed through the App use Amazon Connect, which charges approximately $0.018 USD per minute. These costs are passed through to the account holder. No call audio is recorded by default.
The Lunar Dialer is intended for use by businesses placing calls to prospects who have provided express or implied consent as defined under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Users of the App are responsible for ensuring their outbound calling activity complies with CASL and, where applicable, the United States Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We do not initiate or authorize unsolicited communications on your behalf.

We implement industry-standard security controls including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), access control, and least-privilege IAM policies on AWS infrastructure. No security measure is perfect; we will notify affected users of any confirmed breach as required by applicable law.
The App is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where feasible, by in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
