By accessing or using any Project Lunar service — including the Lunar Dialer application, the Mission Control dashboard at projectlunar.ai, and the website at lunar-project.com — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Project Lunar is operated by Xander Gamelo, Alberta, Canada ("Project Lunar", "we", "us").
The Lunar Dialer ("App") is a business outbound calling tool that routes calls through Amazon Connect (AWS) in the ca-central-1 (Toronto) region. The App may be accessed via web browser and, where available, as an installed mobile application.
Features include:
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you use the App. The App is intended for business use only — not personal, household, or consumer calling.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful business communications. You must not use the App to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outbound calling activity has the required prior express consent or other lawful basis under applicable law. We are not the originator of your calls — you are.
Outbound calls are billed at approximately $0.018 USD per minute (Amazon Connect rate, subject to change). These charges are passed through to your account. By placing a call, you authorize the corresponding charge.
Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. We are not liable for charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
If you grant the App access to your device contacts, you represent and warrant that:
Contact data remains on your device; we do not collect or store it.
All software, design, text, and other content provided by Project Lunar is owned by or licensed to Project Lunar and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for the purposes described in these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALLS WILL BE COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. CALL DELIVERY DEPENDS ON AMAZON CONNECT AND CARRIER NETWORKS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJECT LUNAR AND ITS PRINCIPALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING FAILED CALLS, REGULATORY FINES YOU INCUR, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Lunar from any claim, liability, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with calls you place.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting xander@lunar-project.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at lunar-project.com/terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account address where feasible. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
